If the user does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, the user must stop using the Time for Trip website and service.

User or Customer means an individual using the Website and/or the Time for Trip service to search for services, submit requests, make bookings or obtain information about services.

Booking means submitting a request for a selected service through the Website, form, manager, personal account or another available communication channel.
Booking Confirmation means an electronic message, notification, voucher or other document sent to the Customer after service availability has been checked and the terms have been agreed.
Prepayment means an amount paid by the Customer to confirm a booking, if such payment is required under the terms of the selected service.
2. Subject of the Agreement
Time for Trip provides the User with access to the Website and service functionality that allows the User to search, compare, select and book travel services.
The Service may provide information about services, prices, availability, booking conditions, provider requirements, payment methods and additional options.
Depending on the specific service and booking terms, Time for Trip may act as an information service, booking service, agent, intermediary or technology platform for interaction between the Customer and the Partner.
The actual provision of a service may be carried out by a Partner or Provider. In such case, the agreement for the relevant service may be concluded directly between the Customer and the Partner under the Partner’s applicable terms.
The User understands and agrees that the terms of a specific service may vary depending on the destination, region, Partner, dates, tariff, selected property, vehicle or additional service.
3. Use of the Website and Service
The User agrees to use the Time for Trip Website only in lawful ways and in accordance with this Agreement.
The User agrees to provide accurate information when submitting a request, registering, making a booking, making a payment or contacting support.
The User is prohibited from:
- using the Website for illegal purposes;
- providing false, third-party or incorrect data;
- performing actions that disrupt the operation of the Website or Service;
- attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, systems or sections of the Website;
- copying, distributing or using Website materials without the permission of the rights holder;
- posting malicious code, spam, fraudulent requests or other information that may harm the Service, Partners or other Users.
Time for Trip may restrict the User’s access to the Website, cancel a request or refuse service if the User violates this Agreement, provides false data, is suspected of fraudulent activity or abuses the functionality of the Service.
4. Booking Procedure
The User independently selects a service on the Website and provides the necessary details, dates, destination, trip parameters and other information required to process the request.
Information about service availability, price and booking terms may require additional confirmation by Time for Trip or the Partner.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the service availability has been checked and a Booking Confirmation has been sent to the User.
Before making a booking, the User must carefully review the terms of the selected service, including the price, cancellation rules, document requirements, age and experience requirements, deposit, permitted use area, pickup time and service location.
For car rental, the Customer must meet the requirements for age, driving experience, documents and other conditions established by the specific Partner or indicated on the Website.
Time for Trip may contact the User to clarify order details, confirm data, offer alternative options or agree on additional terms.
5. Payment and Prepayment
Payment for services may be made online on the Website, through a payment partner, by bank card, by invoice, in cash, by transfer or by another payment method available for the selected service.
Depending on the booking terms, the Customer may make a prepayment, pay the full amount or pay for the service directly to the Partner when receiving the service.
The amount of prepayment, payment procedure, remaining balance, deposit, security deposit or additional charges are indicated on the Website, in the Booking Confirmation or communicated to the Customer by a manager.
When paying online, the User may be redirected to a secure payment page of a bank or payment partner. Time for Trip does not store the User’s bank card details, except where directly required by law or by the terms of the payment partner.
Payment may be confirmed by the card-issuing bank, including through additional payment verification technologies.
6. Booking Changes and Cancellation
The User may request changes to booking parameters, including dates, time, service location, vehicle class, service category, number of participants or other terms.
The possibility of changing a booking depends on service availability, Partner terms, the time remaining before the start of the service and the selected tariff.
Changing booking parameters may result in a change in the service price.
The User may cancel a booking through support, personal account, website form or another available communication channel.
Cancellation terms, refunds, deductions and penalties depend on the specific service, Partner, tariff, cancellation date and terms applicable at the time of booking.
If special cancellation terms apply to the selected service, such terms take priority over the general terms of this Agreement.
In case of the Customer’s no-show at the service location, failure to provide required documents, failure to meet the Partner’s requirements or refusal to use the service after the service start time, the prepayment may be non-refundable in full or in part if provided by the booking terms.
7. Refunds
Refunds are made in accordance with the terms of the specific booking, Partner rules, selected tariff and applicable law.
If a refund is available, funds are usually returned using the same payment method used for the original payment, unless another procedure is agreed by the parties.
The time required for the funds to be credited depends on the bank, payment system, payment partner and payment method.
To process a refund, Time for Trip may request an application, payment details, proof of payment, booking number or other information required to process the request.
Payment system fees, bank fees, payment partner fees, service fees and actual expenses incurred may be deducted from the refund amount if provided by the booking terms or applicable law.
8. Car Rental Specific Terms
When booking a car, the Customer must review the requirements for the driver, documents, age, driving experience, deposit, insurance, permitted use area and pickup/return rules.
Minimum driver age and driving experience may depend on the vehicle, destination, vehicle class and Partner terms.
Vehicle photos on the Website may be provided for informational purposes only. The actual vehicle may differ in color, configuration and certain characteristics, while maintaining the stated class or category.
If the selected vehicle cannot be provided, the Partner or Time for Trip may offer the Customer an alternative vehicle of a similar or higher class, if available.
All issues related to the technical condition of the vehicle, deposit, fines, damages, use terms, fuel, mileage and other rental terms are governed by the rental agreement and the rules of the specific rental Partner.
9. Notifications
By providing a phone number, email address or messenger contact, the User agrees to receive service notifications related to the processing and fulfillment of the booking.
Service notifications include booking confirmation, order status updates, booking cancellation, reminders, detail clarifications, information about vehicle pickup and return, support messages and other notifications necessary to provide the service.
Advertising and marketing messages, including promo codes, promotions and special offers, are sent to the User only with separate consent.
The User may unsubscribe from advertising messages using the instructions in the message or by contacting support.
10. Personal Data
By using the Website and making a booking, the User agrees to the processing of personal data for the purposes of providing access to the Service, processing and fulfilling bookings, contacting the User, processing payments, transferring data to the Partner and complying with legal requirements.
Personal data may include the User’s first name, last name, phone number, email address, document details, driver’s license details, booking details, payment information and other data required to provide the service.
